Hey friends! I took advantage of the cold, gray day today to experiment a little in the kitchen. Here’s the result!
Skinny Down Chocolate Cupcakes:
Cupcakes:
1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 box Sugar Free instant chocolate pudding
1 Cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 Cup skim milk
1/4 Cup water
4 eggs
5 Tbsp light butter, melted
“Icing”:
1 Cup skim milk
1 pkg sugar free vanilla pudding
8 oz Cool Whip Fat Free
