3lb bag frozen chicken
1 yellow onion
Garlic cloves
1 bunch romaine lettuce
16oz rotini
12oz egg noodles
1 small container greek yogurt
taco seasoning
ranch seasoning
frozen green beans
frozen peas & carrots
1pt strawberries, or other fruit less than $2
1 block cream cheese (I used neufatchel cheese)
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 jar salsa
Taco Pasta:
1/2 box pasta, cooked
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 cup salsa
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 block cream cheese
Romaine lettuce

*I only used 4 ounces of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, I added some diced onion, and I used homemade ranch mix.

*I subbed greek yogurt for the heavy cream, and I used 12oz of egg noodles instead of just 10. I also added just a splash of milk.

WW RECIPES ON A BUDGET // SAUSAGE & NOODLES // JAMBALAYA LUNCH PREP
Turkey Sausage & Noodles
Turkey smoked sausage link
12oz pkg egg noodles (I used whole wheat)
Onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
1 can petite diced tomatoes
2/3 C or one small container greek yogurt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2tsp broth base, or sub chicken broth for water
3 1/2 cups water
Simple “Jambalaya”
Turkey Smoked Sausage
Onion, chopped
Garlic minced
1 TBSP Cajun Seasoning (or use recipe below)
2-3 tsp broth base, or sub chicken broth for water
1 can beans
1 can diced tomatoes & green chilis
1 cup brown rice
3 cups water
Serve with cheese

Hey, guys! I know the world is turned upside down right now, but I’m doing my best to stay on plan enough days that I can maintain through this! Everybody liked the crockpot chicken spaghetti I made, and it came out to 3SP on purple, and 7SP on blue or green when it serves 6 (I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and whole wheat spaghetti)!
